To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

  • In unused and undamaged condition
  • Free of signs of wear or misuse
  • Returned with all original accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of the refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take 5–10 business days once initiated.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged by improper use
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Items missing essential components or packaging

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact our Support Team within 30 days of delivery.

We may request photos, videos, or additional documentation to verify the issue before approving a refund or replacement.
