Exchanges & Returns

Our goal is to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. If you need to exchange or return an item, the guidelines below apply.

1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Exchanges/Returns

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With full packaging and included components
  • Shipped with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) provided by our team

3. Exchanges for Defective Items

If the item has a verified manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Issues caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, exposure to liquids, drops, or physical damage are not covered.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Company responsibility: manufacturing defects or incorrect item shipped
  • Customer responsibility: voluntary return, buyer's remorse, exchange for preference

5. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Contact our Support Team with:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos/videos (if applicable)

We will provide detailed instructions for completing the process.
